Paid subscriptions are not active yet, and SINK does not currently process payments. Before paid plans launch, this policy will be updated with the selected payment provider and refund workflow.
2. Free Trial
Trial terms are not active yet. Any future trial will be documented before launch and will not require payment details unless the final terms say otherwise.
3. Cancellations
Cancellation terms will be published before paid subscriptions launch.
4. Refund Eligibility
When paid subscriptions launch, refund eligibility will be published here before any payment is collected.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Because paid subscriptions are inactive, there are currently no SINK subscription charges to refund.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email us at billing@sink.fm with the subject line "Refund Question" and include:
- The email address associated with your account
- Any relevant account or invoice context
- The reason for your request
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
7. Consumer Rights
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase under consumer protection law. Please contact us at billing@sink.fm to exercise this right. Note that this right may not apply if you have already made substantial use of the Service during that period.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
