De naald wordt afgestoft…
Dark electronics and field recordings, no songs allowed.
Thébru Čelet has been making sound and visual work since 1982 under the name Disorganism, and runs grey clay radio out of the UK on one hard rule: no money changes hands, ever. Nothing is sold, nothing is advertised, and the station takes no cut when a listener buys a record it played. Every artist in the rotation has given permission directly or through a label, and each one gets a profile page with links out to wherever their work lives. Signings and collaborations have come out of those introductions.
The rotation is unbroken dark electronica and long-form drone, with named shows cut into it: motif from Dogs versus Shadows, The Recognition Test from Raffaele Pezzella, touch marks from Shaun Robert, and Lake Dive, three four-hour windows a week where slowly evolving work is given room to breathe. Noise counts as music here, though harsh noise wall stays off air.
Hostile to the shuffle button.
