Estonia has roughly 1.4 million people, which is not many to build a pop canon from, and this channel is Raadio 2's answer to that arithmetic: every record on it is by an Estonian artist, all day, every day. It went up in 2021 as one of the first R2 Extra web lists, drawing on the parent station's current playlist and thirty years of its own broadcast history. One full day a week it stops shuffling and walks the decades instead, the eighties, then the nineties, then the 2000s.

The weekday rotation is almost entirely current. Estonian rap takes a big share, from crew tracks trading verses to solo records, and the pop end runs bright and radio-ready, with electropop, a few indie guitar bands, much of it lifted from Raadio 2's own playlist and the odd local house record turning up between them, which is about as far from a canon exercise as a station can get.
