Balance la Sauce runs on one rule: nothing that goes to air comes from a major label. Sammy B registered the name with the French trademark office in January 2023 and built the rest around it — a non-profit association in Limoges that handles the radio, an editorial arm publishing a guide for independent musicians, and a production wing whose next piece is a musical short film due in 2027. There is no advertising on the stream: donations and the artist submission platform cover the running costs.

The week is built from named rotations. Sauce Caramel eases the mornings in with chill and downtempo; Sauce Piquante does the opposite at six in the evening, uptempo and electro-leaning; Hits Indé collects the tracks that sound like big productions but never got the push. Monday to Thursday nights run an hour each of rock, electro, pop and urbain, and Friday is Electro Night.
