Psyched! Radio runs out of the Tenderloin, and the broadcast is only part of what it does. It puts on its own festivals — Psyched! Fest has been held in San Francisco every year since 2023 and crossed into Mexico for 2026, while Tenderloin Fest takes over the blocks around the office — and the people keeping it going are the neighbourhood's own record shops, venues and breweries: Thrillhouse and La Perla Records, Amoeba Music, Otherwise Brewing. More than fifty shows a week come out of the place.

The brief is Iberoamerican, local and underground, and the hosts take it in every direction at once: DJ ari's Ego Death through psychedelic rock both archival and current, Lil Sevvy on punk, garage and grunge, Abbie's Red Rabbit down the electronic rabbit hole, August playing local bands on Trash Pollock, and MonkeyBee Radio arriving each week from Mexico City.
