The Bogota room opened in January 2022 on Carrera 14a, the biggest and most ambitious of the group's rooms at the time, and it arrived with a stated aim: to knit together a wide record-loving network in the Colombian capital. Mad Radio itself had begun in Medellin in 2017 as a platform for emerging local selectors, and Barcelona opened before Bogota did. Records and merch share the shelves here alongside the booth, and of all the group's frequencies this one was handed the coldest brief.

Dark disco and indie dance set the register, leaning hard on electro and acid, with minimal house filling the stretches between and the occasional turn toward body music. Where Medellin keeps to warm Detroit house, the capital programmes for a low-ceilinged room at two in the morning, and almost none of the selection would survive being heard in daylight.
