Barcelona's dublab arrived in 2015 as the little sister of the Los Angeles collective that has been broadcasting since 1999, and it runs on the same terms: a non-profit association, no staff, everything made by whoever turns up. Since November 2022 the live shows have gone out from Hangar, the art production centre in Poblenou, two days a week alongside the artists in residence there. In May 2023 the team announced it was finished, the effort having outrun the reward, and then came back anyway.

More than fifty programmes run, in Catalan, Spanish, English, Italian and Portuguese, and the weight sits on electronic music without ever settling there. Dream Club takes ambient, deep house and downtempo; TOPLAP hands an hour to the local live-coding chapter; I AM digs through soundtracks and oddities; Archivos Anba Fil goes to Latin American folclore.
