Around ten moderators work under a boss who goes by Tölzi, alongside a guest DJ, a developer, someone on band contact and someone on despatch; the webradio runs on a GVL licence, takes its money from PayPal donations, and lets listeners put a request in through a form on the site.

The rotation puts New York hardcore next to British Oi!, Croatian street punk and Italian skinhead reggae covering Jamaican classics. The blog reviews records and flags releases from as far off as Santiago de Chile, and the station books its own nights: Bodensee Pogo has run for several editions at the Treppenhaus in Rorschach, with dates in Eberswalde and a meeting in Graz.
