Aspeeetta...
Spolveriamo la puntina…
A small Beyoğlu club, patched straight to air.
Dinamo has been part of Istanbul nightlife since it launched on 103.8 FM in November 2003, and the two hundred-odd events it has staged since have put it inside most of the city's rooms at one point or another. The station left FM after a decade for the web, where nine channels now run in parallel, each with somebody choosing what goes on it. This one is the least like radio of any of them, and its schedule is somebody else's booking calendar. When the room is empty the stream is too, and that is deliberate.
Minimüzikhol is a small room in the middle of Beyoğlu, and whenever music is running through its mixer it goes out here — house and techno, whatever the booking happens to be, at the volume the room is hearing it. There is no schedule and no fallback playlist: listeners get the room, not a broadcast of it, and when the club is dark the channel says so.
Only on when the club is.
