This is one of the two channels Hirschmilch launched with on 31 December 2008, when Michael Reese put a free non-commercial station on the wire from Hamburg and found listeners faster than he expected. From 2010 the site began collecting up and down votes from listeners and feeding them into what plays next, so the rotation here has been shaped by the people hearing it for fifteen years. Baq's Ultrahocherhitzt began here in 2013, among the first regular shows the station ever ran.

The selection sits where melodic house meets melodic techno, with deep and tech house either side of it and extended mixes strongly preferred over radio edits. Producers from the Diynamic and Afterlife end of things turn up constantly, which means long arrangements, a patient low end and melodies that arrive late. Dispatched Minds is the channel's show now, rotating DJs between techno, house and stranger ground.
