ISS RadioISS Radio

ISS came out of the InterSpace Distribution ecosystem in 2025, built in Port Harcourt on a complaint about airtime: the records moving Lagos clubs and Joburg basements were getting less of it than anything out of London or New York. The rotation is put together by working DJs rather than a marketing department, listener submissions are weighed against established names, and the station says plainly that no third-party advertising runs on the stream. It publishes editorials arguing the case.

Its residents hold the grid from Port Harcourt, Lagos, Ibadan, Akure and Manchester — Early Rise into Lagos Noon, Danfo Drive through the evening, Night Shift after that. The InterSpace Sound System mix series is past its 110th edition, with DJ Santi, DJ Kush, DJ Phlipz and 9T6theDJ in the archive, and one-off sessions like Balcony Riddims recorded alongside it.
