ParadiseHunter runs around ten channels out of Hamburg on a small team of DJs and no advertising, each one narrowed to a lane — organic house here, peak-time techno there, drum & bass, chillout, a lounge corner called Café Paradise. Soundpatisserié is the channel that refuses the lane. It carries whatever the crew picked up that week and could not file anywhere else, which in practice means the melodic end of the spectrum with its edges left on, and it is the only stream in the lineup with no genre written beside its name.

The rotation runs melodic techno and progressive house over an organic base, with deep and afro house at the warmer edges, and a good share of what plays comes as remixes, one producer's record reworked by another until it fits the room. Once a week it turns into a numbered show, long past its seventieth edition, with Juls Wriede and Béla A.d.K. taking turns at the controls.
