Espeeera...
Quitando el polvo a la aguja…
Batcave, EBM and post-punk, all hours, no daylight.
It started in 2003 out of frustration with a Belgian party circuit where the techno nights left no room for anything darker, and grew into vzw GothVille, a non-profit run out of Limburg. The stream was never quite the whole point: the founders had watched small bands in the scene get overlooked by everyone with a budget, so it runs alongside free listings, profiles and promotion for the artists, labels and promoters who cannot pay for any of it. Two decades on, donations and royalties keep it going rather than a rate card.
The rotation is sorted into blocks the station named itself — Rock, Wave, Move, Factory, Pop, Cave, Electro — and shuffles between them, so a Wolfsheim or Paradox Obscur track can land next to Funker Vogt or Technomancer with nothing in between to soften it. DJ sets and podcasts from the volunteer roster drop into the shuffle, among them DJ Anaxagoras' daily Guardian.
Black clothing optional, barely.
