Doujin music and talk from a Tokyo micro-FM studio.
Gotanno FM broadcasts on 89.2 from a studio in front of Gotanno Station in Adachi, the north-east corner of Tokyo — a micro-FM signal that reaches a few streets and a stream that reaches everywhere else. What fills the hours between the live shows is doujin music: the self-published Japanese scene that sells at Comiket and M3 rather than through record labels, from Touhou Project arrangements and Vocaloid tracks to game music and the orchestral and metal ends of the same world.
The talk grid is small, local and genuinely live. Miyazaki Masaya presents two hours of Adachi Citizens Radio from the storefront studio every Saturday night, Shimono Mana hosts Fuwa Happy Radio on Mondays, and Takada Sorenhei covers cars and motorcycles on Weekly Car Mania. Once a month SEKI runs an hour on Japanese domestic sport, and a variety show coaches listeners through the real-estate licensing exam.
Touhou arrangements at 89.2.
