Radio Time Out has been on since 2017, built around Trance Team Elbląg — the collective behind ELTRANCE, the all-night parties at the Mjazzga club that double as the station's live arm and run free at the door. DJ Agatha and DJ Kielas co-founded the group and both hold residencies here; Kielas first played Elbląg's Astoria, one of the oldest clubs in Poland, back in 2007. Around them the roster has spread well past the city, picking up DJs in Ostróda, Pszów, Poznań and as far out as Utrecht.

The week runs on syndicated shows and residents' premieres: Resonation, Enhanced Sessions and Protocol Radio out of the wider trance and progressive scene, and a trance chart that keeps a separate ten for emerging labels. Around them sit the residents' own two-hour sets — uplifting and progressive mostly, with classic trance and a techno hour where the collective's harder end shows.
