Manfredas, a DJ with a passport full of European club bookings, and the artist Kotryna Briedytė put the first sounds on air in May 2021 from a studio in the Ševčenkos lofts, announcing themselves as the city's new independent voice. It has run round the clock ever since, non-commercial and built on residents rather than a playlist — hosts, producers and curators from the neighbourhood — and by its first birthday it could fill gallery 1986 for a night pairing modular electronics with jazz clarinet. A second channel, Šviežios Sultys, runs alongside it.

Electronic music and talk carry most of the grid — ambient, house, jazz, techno and leftfield in steady rotation — but a single fortnight also turns up cumbia, shoegaze, contemporary composition and metal. Bass culture w/ dj Lis handles jungle and dubstep, Archeologija works through field recordings and classical, and Footnotes gives an hour over to two hosts talking.
